Sales Officer

• Identify potential customers and convert leads into sales
• Provide prompt and professional customer service to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Maintain effective communication with clients via phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings
• Support the sales team with order processing, follow-ups, and documentation
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or services
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and efficient manner

• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (required).
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in sales, marketing, or customer service roles preferred.
