Job Description
We are looking for dynamic, professional, and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Representatives to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who understand the healthcare ecosystem and are passionate about building long-term relationships with doctors, hospitals, and institutions.
You will be responsible for expanding our market presence, managing key accounts, and driving sustainable growth across IVF, gynecology, and pediatric segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell medical equipment and consumables to hospitals, fertility centers, clinics, NGOs, and government institutions
- Develop and manage relationships with doctors, procurement teams, administrators, and decision-makers
- Identify new business opportunities and expand territory coverage
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and negotiations
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with logistics, service, and management teams to ensure smooth order execution
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
- Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM updates
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Life Sciences, Biomedical, or related field
- Experience in medical devices / pharmaceuticals / healthcare sales preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build trust with healthcare professionals
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional in approach
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory
- Freshers with strong aptitude and passion for medical sales are also encouraged to apply
