Job Description

We are looking for a Billing & Warehousing Executive to manage billing operations, warehouse coordination, and dispatch planning. The role requires attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and the ability to handle dispatch activities smoothly across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and manage billing/invoices accurately and on time.
Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring proper loading and unloading of goods.
Plan and coordinate dispatch schedules for timely delivery.
Maintain records of invoices, stock movements, and dispatch reports.
Coordinate with the accounts team and warehouse staff for smooth workflow.
Monitor loading activities to ensure correct items and quantities are dispatched.
Ensure compliance with company policies in billing and warehouse operations.

Job Specification

Minimum 12th pass (preferred in Business, Management, or related field).
Prior experience in billing, warehouse operations, or dispatch management is an advantage.
Strong numerical and organizational skills.
Knowledge of billing software, MS Excel, and basic computer tools.
Ability to travel between warehouse locations (Jorpati, Baghbazar, and Patan).
Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
