Job Description

Role Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative Intern at Blys, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer service and communication. You will assist our customer service team in handling inquiries, processing bookings, and resolving issues faced by our customers. This internship is ideal for someone looking to develop their skills in a supportive environment, gain insights into the wellness industry, and contribute to enhancing customer experiences.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in processing bookings and handling customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Respond to phone calls, emails, and live chat inquiries.
  • Provide customers with accurate information and assistance regarding their inquiries.
  • Help maintain and update the company’s knowledge base and Help Center.
  • Support outbound communications and follow-up activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the customer service team.

 

Job Specification

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Positive and proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and improve.
  • Basic problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.
  • Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with Google Apps and basic computer skills.
  • Able to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
  • Must be available for a minimum of 3 months.'

Working Hours :

Shift-based role

3:45 AM – 12:45 PM

OR

11:45 AM – 8:00 PM
(We have to manage shift so candidate has to be flexible regarding timing)
