Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Accounts Executive with prior experience in a trading company. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in handling day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining records, and preparing financial reports accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions including purchase, sales, and expenses.
- Prepare and maintain ledgers, invoices, and bank reconciliations.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable efficiently.
- Assist in monthly and yearly closing of accounts.
- Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare reports related to profit & loss, balance sheet, and cash flow.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a trading company is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Tally or other accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of taxation and reconciliation.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
