Job Description

Lead end-to-end project execution from fabrication & delivery to on-site installation / erection / commissioning.
Manage coordination between fabrication (steel shop), galvanizing units, logistics, transport, and site erection teams.
Interface with clients, consultants, subcontractors — ensure drawings, specifications, and project scope are followed.
Monitor project cost, manpower, equipment usage; manage subcontractors and vendors.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety protocols (especially steel erection, galvanizing, site safety), environmental requirements.
Prepare project progress reports; resolve issues proactively (material delays, fabrication defects, site constraints, weather, etc.).

Job Specification

Bachelors in civil, Mechanical, Structural, or relevant Engineering discipline.
5–8 years' experience in EPC, steel structure projects, PEB projects, or large-scale industrial buildings.
Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
Knowledge of steel fabrication, galvanizing, structural erection, site safety & QA/QC procedures.
Experience dealing with multiple stages: fabrication → galvanizing → logistics → erection.
