Job Description

Prepare and maintain project schedules (design, procurement, fabrication, galvanizing, delivery, site erection).
Coordinate across design, fabrication, galvanizing, logistics, and site-execution teams to ensure seamless flow.
Monitor project progress (fabrication output, galvanizing, delivery, site erection), track milestones and report delays.
Forecast material, manpower, and equipment requirements; plan resource allocation accordingly.
Assist in preparing periodic project status reports (weekly/monthly) for management and clients.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company standards while planning sequencing of work.

Job Specification

Bachelor’s degree in civil, Mechanical, Structural, or Industrial Engineering.
5-10 years (or more) experience in project planning/scheduling — preferably in steel structures / PEB / EPC / construction industry.
Familiarity with scheduling tools (MS Project / Primavera) and strong MS Excel / reporting skills.
Good coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
Basic understanding of steel fabrication, galvanizing, erection, and site execution processes (advantage).
