Job Description

The Delivery Head - IT Services will be responsible for the delivery and operational excellence of all technology services – with a focus on ERP implementations, custom automation projects, and AI-driven solutions. This is a leadership role that requires both technical and business acumen to scale the company’s IT services arm.

Key Responsibilities (KRA)

  • Service Delivery & Project Management
  • Oversee end-to-end ERP (Odoo, MS Dynamics) implementation projects
  • Ensure delivery of client solutions on time, within scope, and budget
  • Implement project governance and client reporting systems
  • Drive continuous improvement in client engagement and delivery excellence
  • Business Growth & Partnerships
  • Identify and manage partnerships with Indian tech providers (AI, automation, industry-specific solutions)
  • Work with sales to develop winning proposals and demos
  • Team Leadership & Development
  • Build, mentor, and manage a cross-functional delivery team (ERP, developers, analysts)
  • Hire and grow local talent while leveraging external partners when required
  • Set up training pathways and certifications for ERP consultants
  • Technology Strategy & Innovation
  • Define and evolve solution offerings (vertical solutions, AI-led automations)
  • Explore and validate new tech stacks and tools for client needs
  • Build solution accelerators and reusable assets to reduce delivery timelines

 

Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Engineering / IT; MBA is a plus
  • 8–12 years of experience in ERP implementation, IT consulting, or digital transformation
  • Hands-on experience with Odoo and/or Microsoft Dynamics preferred
  • Strong project management skills (PMP / Prince2 / Agile certifications a plus)
  • Familiarity with business process automation, AI/ML solutions, and integration platforms
  • Prior experience managing remote teams or external partners
