Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes
- Maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with Nepal labor laws
- Manage payroll coordination, attendance, and leave records
- Drive performance management systems and appraisals
- Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives
- Maintain HR MIS reports and documentation
