Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee all human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building a strong organizational culture and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
  • Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes
  • Maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with Nepal labor laws
  • Manage payroll coordination, attendance, and leave records
  • Drive performance management systems and appraisals
  • Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives
  • Maintain HR MIS reports and documentation

 

Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 4–7 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, trading, or service sectors
  • Strong knowledge of Nepal labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
