Job Description

The International Education Counselor is responsible for guiding and supporting students who wish to pursue higher education opportunities abroad. This role involves providing personalized counseling, assisting in university and course selection, explaining admission and visa procedures, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end application process. The counselor will also maintain strong relationships with partner institutions and provide excellent service to students throughout their study abroad journey.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and counseling to students seeking education opportunities in multiple international destinations.
  • Assist students in selecting suitable universities, colleges, and courses based on their academic background and career goals.
  • Explain admission requirements, visa processes, and scholarship opportunities.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international education systems, visa policies, and admission guidelines.
  • Support students in preparing required documents, application forms, and visa applications.
  • Coordinate with universities, colleges, and embassies for smooth admission and visa processing.
  • Conduct student follow-ups and ensure timely application submission.
  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person consultations.
  • Participate in education fairs, seminars, and promotional activities.
  • Maintain accurate student records and reports.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education, Business, or a related field preferred).
  • More than 2 years of experience in student counseling for international education.
  • Strong knowledge of international education systems, visa policies, and admission guidelines.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
