Job Description
Full-time, on-site Branch Manager overseeing daily operations at the Kathmandu branch. Responsibilities include team leadership, customer counseling, operational efficiency, quality control, sales growth, and marketing collaboration in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring high-quality services, hygiene standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead, train, and supervise all staff, including hiring, performance feedback, career development, and resource allocation for maximum productivity.
- Provide customer counseling, handle queries/complaints, schedule appointments, and ensure satisfaction through personalized guidance and feedback collection.
- Monitor budgets, inventory, and expenses; develop policies, price lists, and service protocols.
- Collaborate with marketing team to analyze trends, create sales strategies, launch campaigns, and drive business opportunities.
- Coordinate across branches, resolve issues, and implement process improvements for efficiency and growth.
Job Specification
- Bachelor's / master's in public health, Nutritionist Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- 1+ years management experience in healthcare.
- Strong leadership, communication, counseling, problem-solving skills; proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Passion for natural wellness; ability to manage priorities in a team-oriented setting.
Salary & Benefits
- NPR 30,000 – 50,000 monthly, plus transportation and food allowances.
