Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resource practices and processes at Healthy Home. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence by fostering a positive workplace culture, developing systems, and driving organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Strategy and Operations:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business goals.

  • Design and enforce company policies, SOPs, and systems to reduce dependency on individuals.

  • Implement a structured approach to dress code, customer service standards, and staff behavior.

Talent Acquisition and Management:

  • Lead the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process to ensure a high-performing workforce.

  • Develop and implement performance evaluation systems and career development plans.

  • Oversee salary revisions, promotions, and rewards policies.

Employee Engagement and Development:

  • Foster a collaborative and productive workplace environment to reduce groupism and promote teamwork.

  • Organize training programs to enhance staff managerial, operational, and customer service skills.

  • Build mechanisms to address employee grievances and promote professional behavior

Compliance and Administration:

  • Maintain punctuality, attendance, and scheduling standards across branches.

  • Oversee and optimize staff reporting mechanisms, ensuring accurate customer feedback and reports

  • Implement digital systems for payroll, financial reporting, and attendance tracking.

Branch Support and Leadership:

  • Collaborate with branch leaders to strengthen leadership skills and operational management.

  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with SOPs and identify areas for improvement.

  •  Ensure seamless communication between branches and the main office.

Job Specification
  • Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of HR management experience, preferably in the service or healthcare sector.

  • Strong understanding of HR systems, recruitment practices, and labor laws.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  •  Proactive problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple branches effectively.

  • Experience in implementing organizational change and team building.
