Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store Manager to oversee supply chain operations, manage store activities across outlets, and handle logistics management. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining proper stock levels, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall store operations across outlets
- Oversee supply chain activities including purchasing, inventory control, and stock management
- Coordinate logistics and ensure timely delivery of products
- Maintain accurate inventory records and prevent stock shortages or overstocking
- Supervise store staff and ensure smooth workflow
- Prepare stock reports and maintain proper documentation
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors
- Ensure proper storage of healthcare-based products and equipment
- Monitor product movement and maintain quality standards
Job Specification
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in store management or supply chain
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in healthcare-related products, equipment, or business studies)
- Good knowledge of supply chain and logistics management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Experience in ERP software is required
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Age between 23–35 years
Salary:
- NPR 20,000 – 30,000 (based on experience and performance)
