We are looking for dedicated and well-organized Admin Staff to join our team at Good Will Remit. The ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and at least one year of experience in administrative or related roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations efficiently.
- Maintain proper records, files, and documentation.
- Assist in coordination between departments and external stakeholders.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
- Support HR and accounting teams in administrative activities when required.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
Job Specification
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative or office support roles.
- +2 completed (bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
