We are looking for dedicated and well-organized Admin Staff to join our team at Good Will Remit. The ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and at least one year of experience in administrative or related roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations efficiently.
  • Maintain proper records, files, and documentation.
  • Assist in coordination between departments and external stakeholders.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
  • Support HR and accounting teams in administrative activities when required.
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
Job Specification
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative or office support roles.
  • +2 completed (bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
  • Positive attitude, punctual, and team oriented.
