Job Description

Gleam Cosmetics (Brand: LASYA) is seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Sales & Marketing Manager to lead and oversee our nationwide sales and marketing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, building strong brand visibility, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth and market share.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the national sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and business partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns and product launches for Gleam Cosmetics.
  • Oversee brand marketing activities, ensuring consistent brand positioning across all channels.
  • Analyze sales reports, market performance, and customer feedback to recommend improvements.
  • Manage budgets, pricing strategies, and incentive programs.
Job Specification
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in the cosmetics or beauty brand industry.
  • Age: 28–40 years.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to develop strategies, manage operations, and deliver results under pressure.
  • Proven track record of sales growth, distribution expansion, and brand development.
  • In-depth knowledge of cosmetics & makeup industry trends will be an added advantage.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred but not mandatory).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools will be a plus.

Salary & Benefits:

  • NPR 50,000 – 65,000 (Negotiable based on experience).
  • Attractive TA + DA + Incentives.
