Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Sales Supervisor to oversee sales operations and market expansion for cosmetics and skincare products within the Kathmandu Valley. The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge, leadership abilities, and a passion for achieving sales targets while building strong relationships with retailers and distributors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and achieve sales targets in the assigned territory.
  • Develop and expand the market for cosmetics and skincare products.
  • Generate orders and ensure timely product availability at retail outlets.
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor sales activities and competitor performance.
  • Ensure proper product visibility, branding, and merchandising at retail stores.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and customers.
  • Supervise and guide field sales activities to maximize market coverage.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential markets.
  • Ensure timely collection of market feedback and customer requirements.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in cosmetics, skincare, FMCG, or related industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of the Kathmandu Valley market.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel within assigned areas is an advantage.
