Sales and Marketing Officer (Mart)

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales and Marketing Officer to join our mart team. The candidate will be responsible for increasing sales, promoting products and services, maintaining customer relationships, and implementing marketing activities to enhance business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
• Promote mart products, offers, and services to customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and maintain good customer relationships.
• Conduct market visits and identify new business opportunities.
• Coordinate promotional campaigns, branding, and social media activities.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain proper records.
• Assist in achieving monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments when required.
• Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.

• +2 completed.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, or related field.(Prefered)

Experience:

• Minimum 2 year plus experience in sales and marketing field.
• Experience in mart, retail, or FMCG sector will be an added advantage.

Technical Skills:

• Sales and customer handling skills.
• Marketing and promotional knowledge.
• Basic computer and reporting skills.
• Social media handling knowledge preferred.
