Position: Enterprise Sales Officer
Location: Kathmandu

Job Description

Position Summary:

  • The Enterprise Sales Officer will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing enterprise and corporate accounts, and driving revenue growth for DishHome’s enterprise solutions and services.

  • The role focuses on acquiring and managing clients from INGO/NGO, corporate, Government, hospitality, education, healthcare, trading, manufacturing, and other Enterprise sectors.

  • The ideal candidate should have strong B2B sales exposure, relationship management capability, and understanding of enterprise ISP/ICT solutions.

Job Description:

  • Identify and acquire new enterprise and corporate customers within the assigned territory/industry.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers of Customers of Assigned Verticals.

  • Generate and manage sales pipeline to achieve assigned revenue and acquisition targets.

  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations.

  • Coordinate with technical and operations teams for solution design and service delivery.

  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update CRM/sales reports regularly.

  • Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.

  • Monitor market competition and provide feedback on market trends and customer requirements.

  • Follow up on pending contracts, renewals, collections, and customer issues.

  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance during customer onboarding.

  • Support customer retention and account growth initiatives.

Job Specification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Information Management, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B/Enterprise Sales, preferably in ISP, telecom, ICT, banking solution sales, or technology sector.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Good understanding of enterprise sales processes and account management.

  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

  • Must have a two–wheeler and a valid license.
