Job Description

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
Update vendor products, promotions, and offers on the website.
Communicate regularly with clients and partners regarding new promotions, offers, and pricing updates.
Share updated product catalogues, prices, and offers with partners in a timely manner for specific occasions.
Seek and establish relationships with new vendors and partners.
Monitor vendor performance and provide feedback to improve service quality.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, sales, logistics) to ensure smooth execution of orders and promotions.

Job Specification

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple clients and responsibilities effectively.
Ability to collaborate with various teams within the organization to achieve client satisfaction and business objectives.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing, product updates, and reporting.
Customer-focused mindset with an ability to anticipate client/vendor needs.
Adaptability and flexibility to respond to changing priorities and business needs.
