Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver and collect documents, letters, and parcels between the office, partner locations, and relevant stakeholders as assigned.
  • Support office coordination by running errands for procurement, paperwork, and internal requests.
  • Handle customer-facing tasks such as basic inquiries, directing visitors, and assisting with simple service requests.
  • Collect cash and cheques from customers and ensure amounts are recorded correctly as assigned.
  • Maintain cleanliness and basic organization of office reception/runner-related areas, including restocking commonly used items.
  • Track deliveries and pending tasks using a simple log and report status to the office coordinator or supervisor.
  • Ensure documents are delivered securely and confidentially, following internal procedures.
  • Assist with day-to-day administrative support such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and preparing documents for dispatch.

Requirements

  • 10+2 (or equivalent) education with readiness to learn office and logistics processes quickly.
  • 6 months of relevant experience in office support, delivery/runner work, or customer-facing operations.
  • Communication — clear and polite spoken communication for customer interactions and internal coordination.
  • Ability to work independently — capable of completing assigned runs and tasks without constant supervision while following instructions.
  • Ability to work in a group — works well with office staff during busy periods, supports team needs, and hands over tasks correctly.
  • Customer handling — assists customers respectfully, listens to needs, and directs queries to the correct person when required.
  • Basic computer skills — comfortable using email, document handling tools (e.g., scanning/printing), and maintaining simple records.
  • Driving/route familiarity (if required by the role) — ability to travel locally reliably and follow safety and traffic rules.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in distribution or retail support roles (runner, store support, or customer service).
