Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced and result-oriented Manager to lead and oversee our overall operations, documentation, client relations, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Management & Planning
- Oversee the overall business operations, including documentation, client coordination, recruitment processing, and deployment.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance organizational performance and client satisfaction.
- Ensure smooth execution of all manpower recruitment activities in compliance with company policies and government regulations.
- Monitor department progress and performance against operational goals and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Identify business opportunities and contribute to company growth through new market development and client acquisition.
Client Relations & Business Development
- Maintain strong relationships with existing foreign principals and recruitment partners.
- Develop new business partnerships with overseas companies and agencies to expand service networks.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with foreign clients and ensure smooth communication throughout the process.
- Represent the company in meetings, embassy visits, and official delegations.
Documentation & Compliance
- Supervise all documentation processes related to foreign employment (Demand Letter, Power of Attorney, Employment Contracts, etc.).
- Ensure all procedures comply with the Department of Foreign Employment (DoFE) standards and labor laws.
- Review and approve all key documents before submission to authorities or foreign clients.
- Monitor visa processing, medical, orientation, and deployment timelines to ensure timely completion.
Team Leadership & Coordination
- Lead, mentor, and motivate office and documentation staff to achieve operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide guidance to ensure smooth coordination between departments.
- Oversee staff performance evaluations and foster a positive, professional, and accountable work culture.
- Identify skill gaps and recommend training or capacity-building programs for staff development.
Administrative & Financial Oversight
- Coordinate with the accounts and admin department regarding project budgets, expenses, and financial reporting.
- Ensure cost-effective use of company resources and operational efficiency.
- Support the management in planning and implementing office systems, policies, and procedures.
Job Specification
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or related discipline (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the manpower or overseas recruitment industry.
- Strong understanding of manpower recruitment laws, DoFE procedures, and foreign employment documentation.
- Familiarity with visa processing, candidate selection, and deployment procedures.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Strong negotiation and client-handling abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and digital documentation systems.
- Problem-solving attitude with the ability to work under pressure.
