Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and result-driven Sales Officers (Inbound Tour & Correspondence) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to independently manage tour operations and client correspondence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and negotiate contracts with travel partners, hotels, and suppliers effectively.
  • Develop, design, and customize tour products for diverse international market segments.
  • Create bespoke travel packages and itineraries that meet client needs and preferences.
  • Handle MICE tours (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) independently.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure seamless communication.
  • Lead, support, and coordinate with the operations and reservations teams.
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare sales reports and assist in achieving company sales targets.

 

 
Job Specification
  • Education: Master’s degree in Travel & Tourism (preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in inbound/outbound tour sales or correspondence.
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with a positive, proactive approach.
  • Organized, punctual, and systematic in task management.
  • Knowledge of regional and international destinations, including Tibet, Bhutan, India, and others.
