Job Description
  • Perform all secretarial duties for the Managing Director, including correspondence, file management, and documentation.
  • Draft, type, and edit official documents in both English and Nepali.
  • Schedule and organize internal and external meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Coordinate and confirm travel itineraries and logistics in line with planned schedules.
  • Receive, summarize, and present reports and communications to the MD in an organized and timely manner.
  • Act as a liaison between the MD and stakeholders, including clients, staff, government offices, and banks.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
  • Support the MD in day-to-day administrative and managerial tasks.
  • Coordinate closely with departments related to tours, travel, and hospitality management.
Job Specification
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree or Masters Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Proven work experience (preferably 2+ years) as a Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Prior experience in the Tours and Travel industry is highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Nepali.
  • Proficient in English and Nepali typing, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and email handling.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Good knowledge of handling documentation and tasks related to government offices and banks.
  • Flexible with work hours and able to adapt to dynamic work environments.
