Job Description

What you’ll do:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to drive engagement, followers, and conversions.
- Create high-quality, engaging, and shareable content (images, videos, reels, graphics, copy, etc.) tailored to each platform (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all platforms.
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers and communities in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze social media metrics and generate performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay up to date with current trends, memes, tools, and platform algorithm changes.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to align social media content with broader campaigns.
- Plan and manage content calendars and schedule posts.
- Occasionally manage influencer outreach and partnerships.
Job Specification
- Proven experience as a social media manager, content creator, or similar role.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, etc.).
- Strong copywriting skills and ability to adapt tone and messaging to different audiences.
- Good understanding of social media analytics and tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Insights, etc.).
- Experience with paid social campaigns is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple platforms and projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense.
Preferred Skills:
- Photography/videography skills.
- Basic graphic design or motion design.
- Experience in influencer marketing or brand collaborations.
- Knowledge of SEO and how it applies to social media.
