Job Summary:
As an Regional Manager, you will be responsible for overall sales, distribution & operations of the assigned area of the company in achieving the company goals.
Job Duties and responsibilities:
Operations and General Management
- Oversee daily regional operations to ensure efficiency.
- Coordinate with Head Office for timely processing, handovers, and receivables.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational guidelines.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements for business procedures.
- Organize regular meetings with management to discuss business updates, issues, and opportunities.
- Ensure the maintenance of a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.
- Develop a safe and positive work environment.
- Maintain and update accurate inventory of items in the Branch’s care.
- Ensure branch office is equipped with necessary resources.
- Coordinate the installation and maintenance of office equipment and facilities.
- Implement company standards and protocols in branch office operations.
- Manage logistics and supplies for branch offices to ensure smooth operations.
Team Leadership and Development
- Supervise and guide a team to maximize revenue.
- Organize regular team meetings to ensure productivity.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and developing staff.
- Train staff on responsibilities, brand promotion, and customer service.
- Evaluate employee performance and develop individual development plans.
- Identify skill gaps and provide appropriate training.
- Communicate strategy and results to employees.
- Monitor team performance, discipline, and attendance regularly.
Job Specification
Sales and Marketing
- Maintain current knowledge of company and competitor products.
- Coordinate and set key objectives for the region.
- Ensure yearly sales growth and receivables targets are met.
- Engage in targeted customer activities to develop strong relationships and new business opportunities.
- Perform market research to study consumer behavior, latest trends, and competitor activity.
- Develop marketing plans to achieve sales targets and increase brand visibility.
- Address business inquiries from customers and team members professionally.
- Follow up regularly to maintain sound customer relations.
- Review requests for information, proposals, and quotes.
- Assist in contract negotiations with customers and distributors.
- Prepare and submit sales proposal materials for approval.
- Maintain continuous follow-up on proposals and provide additional information as needed.
- Prepare and maintain customer and distributor lists, and provide timely reports on sales and promotional activities.
- Make follow-up calls to customers and distributors to provide information and qualify sales leads.
- Collaborate on creating short and long-term sales plans consistent with company goals.
- Report on actions taken to correct customer issues and complaints.
- Ensure proper project handovers to maintain customer relations and avoid losses.
- Enhance customer satisfaction
Service Quality Assurance
- Manage and deploy service team to multiple sites.
- Ensure that the service works are being conducted in a proper process and timely manner.
- Ensure all data is properly updated in EWC Horizon Software by CSE. Work performed during
- installation, PM, Updates and Breakdown to be properly logged by CSE.
- Verify service data on documents like DO, service report, warranty claim form, invoices.
- Determine manpower needed in preparation for work loads and plan the work schedule.
- Collaborate with Service and Sales teams to ensure smooth after-sales service and resolve client issues.
