Job Description

The Senior Sales & Marketing Officer is responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening market presence, and supporting brand visibility through structured sales execution and targeted marketing initiatives. The role requires hands-on sales ownership, client relationship management, and contribution to marketing strategy execution.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities through outbound and inbound channels
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, client meetings, proposal preparation, negotiation, and deal closure
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention, upselling, and cross-selling
  • Prepare and present customized solutions aligned with client needs and company offerings
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate sales data, pipeline updates, and reports in CRM or tracking systems

Marketing Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to generate leads and improve brand visibility
  • Coordinate with internal teams for content creation, promotional materials, and digital marketing activities
  • Conduct basic market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential growth areas
  • Represent the company at client meetings, events, exhibitions, and networking forums when required

Coordination & Process

  • Collaborate with technical, support, and implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for clients
  • Provide regular feedback to management on market insights, customer expectations, and service gaps
  • Follow defined sales SOPs, reporting structures, and compliance guidelines

Leadership & Mentorship

  • Guide and support junior sales or marketing staff when assigned
  • Share best practices, sales techniques, and market knowledge with the team
Job Specification
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Management, IT, or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in IT services, cybersecurity, or technology-related companies
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand technical products and translate them into customer value

Working Conditions

  • Office-based with client visits as required
  • May require extended hours during campaigns or deal closures
  • May require travel outside the valley for sales and marketing campaigns.
