Job Description

The Sales Executive is responsible for acquiring new broadband customers through door-to-door (D2D) visits, stall campaigns, and local promotional activities while consistently achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Door-to-Door (D2D) Sales

  • Conduct daily door-to-door visits in assigned areas.
  • Promote home internet plans, packages, and ongoing offers.
  • Explain product features, speed, pricing, and benefits clearly to customers.
  • Generate leads and convert prospects into active subscribers.
  • Coordinate with installation and technical teams for timely connections.

Monthly Sales Targets

  • Achieve assigned monthly connection and revenue targets.
  • Plan daily and weekly sales activities to meet targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Ensure correct information is provided to customers at the time of sale.

Stall Campaigns & Field Activations

  • Actively participate in stall campaigns, roadshows, festivals, and local events.
  • Set up and manage promotional stalls in high-footfall areas.
  • Engage walk-in customers and close sales on the spot.
  • Distribute flyers and promotional materials effectively.

Reporting & Market Feedback

  • Submit daily activity and sales reports to the supervisor.
  • Collect customer feedback and share competitor insights from the field.
  • Report challenges, objections, and market trends regularly.

 

Job Specification
  • Minimum +2 / Intermediate level (preferred)
  • Experience in field sales / D2D sales (ISP/Telecom preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Target-driven and self-motivated
  • Willingness to work in the field
