Job Description

The Medical Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals. The role involves building strong professional relationships, generating product demand, achieving sales targets, and ensuring effective implementation of company marketing strategies in the assigned territory.

Job Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell company brands to healthcare professionals within the assigned territory.

  • Schedule and conduct regular visits to doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and clinics.

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of company products, including indications, benefits, and competitive advantages.

  • Generate demand for company products through effective implementation of marketing strategies.

  • Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with customers to encourage repeat prescriptions and purchases.

  • Prepare and deliver professional product presentations to healthcare providers.

  • Monitor sales performance and achieve assigned sales targets.

  • Conduct market research on competitors’ products and market trends.

  • Stay updated with developments in the medical and pharmaceutical field to align sales strategies accordingly.

  • Maintain daily sales reports and submit timely updates to management

Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s degree in science, Pharmacy, or Management (preferred).

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales.

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

  • Effective communication and presentation skills

  • Good organizational and territory management skills

  • Exceptional customer service skills

  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Resilient, self-motivated, and result-oriented
