Job Description
Dakshyani Soap and Chemicals is hiring Sales Representatives (Male/Female) to handle B2B, traditional, and modern trade sales. Candidates will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding market reach, and maintaining strong relationships with retailers and distributors. Freshers and experienced applicants are welcome, and having a two-wheeler will be an added advantage. Salary ranges from Rs. 17,500 – Rs. 25,000 with attractive commissions and benefits.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales in B2B, traditional, and modern trade markets
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
- Maintain good relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach
- Provide accurate daily/weekly sales reports
- Promote products of Dakshyani Soap and Chemicals professionally
- Ensure proper product visibility and availability in the market
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Job Specification
Education Requirements:
- Minimum: High School (10+2)
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree (running or completed)
Experience:
- Freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply
- Experience in FMCG sales or B2B markets is an added advantage
