We are looking for a target-driven and sales-focused Telesales Supervisor/Manager to lead the telesales team and convert customer inquiries, digital leads, call-center leads, referrals, and other prospects into successful sales. The ideal candidate should be confident in managing people, analyzing sales numbers, and taking ownership of the complete sales funnel—from lead generation to final conversion and installation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Telesales Team Management
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the telesales/call-center team.
- Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Track attendance, calling activity, productivity, follow-ups, and individual performance.
- Conduct daily briefings and regular performance reviews.
- Coach underperforming team members and implement corrective actions.
2. Lead Management & Distribution
- Manage leads from social media, digital campaigns, inbound calls, referrals, websites, branches, and other sources.
- Distribute leads promptly and effectively among team members.
- Ensure timely contact and proper follow-up of all valid leads.
- Reassign inactive or poorly managed leads when required.
- Monitor lead quality and conversion by source.
3. Sales Conversion & Follow-Up
- Drive the team to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Monitor the complete funnel: Leads → Contacted → Qualified → Follow-up → Sales → Installation.
- Guide agents in identifying customer needs, recommending suitable packages, handling objections, and closing sales.
- Personally handle high-value, difficult, or high-potential prospects when required.
- Maintain structured follow-up for callbacks, pending decisions, price-sensitive customers, installation-pending leads, and previously lost prospects.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues affecting sales closure.
4. CRM & Sales Data Management
- Ensure accurate recording of leads, call outcomes, follow-ups, customer information, and sales in the CRM.
- Maintain updated lead statuses and prevent important sales information from being kept outside the approved system.
- Monitor duplicate, invalid, unavailable-area, existing-customer, and lost leads.
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
5. Sales Funnel & Performance Analysis
- Analyze conversion performance by sales executive, lead source, campaign, branch/location, package, lead age, and funnel stage.
- Identify where leads are being lost and take timely corrective action.
- Track key sales KPIs, conversion rates, follow-up efficiency, and revenue performance.
- Provide management with actionable sales insights and performance updates.
6. Quality Monitoring & Training
- Regularly review sales calls and ensure professional and accurate communication.
- Train team members on products, packages, promotions, sales scripts, CRM usage, objection handling, and closing techniques.
- Identify common customer objections and develop effective responses.
- Conduct refresher training based on actual sales and call performance.
