Job Description

Responsibilities

Sales, Marketing & Customer Growth

  • Lead branch sales and marketing activities to achieve assigned revenue and lead generation targets.

  • Coordinate marketing campaigns and ensure availability of marketing materials.

  • Monitor customer acquisition, retention, and churn ratio as directed by management.

  • Coordinate with the Fiber and Customer Support teams for smooth installation and service delivery.

Branch Operations & Administration

  • Ensure efficient day-to-day operation of the branch and implement strategies to improve productivity.

  • Manage office assets, equipment, and operational resources.

  • Ensure availability of utilities such as electricity, backup power, and essential infrastructure.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for operational issues and situational incidents.

Team Management

  • Supervise and guide branch staff to maintain productivity and service quality.

  • Coordinate with HR for recruitment, staff onboarding, training, and exit procedures.

  • Maintain workplace discipline, address employee concerns, and support staff development.

Financial & Cash Management

  • Oversee counter cash collection and ensure timely deposit of customer payments.

  • Manage petty cash expenses with proper documentation and compliance with financial procedures.

  • Monitor branch expenses and ensure cost control.

Inventory, Asset & Vehicle Management

  • Maintain optimal inventory levels and coordinate with the central store for stock management.

  • Manage company assets, perform periodic verification, and coordinate asset rollbacks when required.

  • Oversee company vehicle registration, insurance, maintenance, and fuel usage.

Compliance & Coordination

  • Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies when required.

  • Ensure proper documentation, legal compliance, and correspondence with relevant stakeholders.

  • Support branch setup, maintenance, and renewal of office agreements when necessary.

Reporting

  • Monitor branch performance and operational reports.

  • Submit regular updates and reports to the Province Operation Manager and Chief Province Officer.

 
Job Specification
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in stock and inventory management, along with strong operational skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Must possess a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.

  • Must have access to and be able to work using a personal laptop.
