Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell broadband internet services in Birtamode. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, managing field sales activities, coordinating installations, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads through field visits, door-to-door sales, events, and local promotions
- Sell home internet and corporate internet packages
- Explain packages, offers, speed plans, and router options clearly to customers
- Conduct area-wise coverage and maintain daily sales route plans
- Coordinate with technical team for installation scheduling and activation
- Collect required documents and ensure proper KYC process
- Follow up with potential customers and close sales
- Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM/system
- Support retention campaigns and upsell higher bandwidth plans
- Handle basic customer queries and escalate technical issues when needed
Job Specification
- Minimum +2 Pass (Intermediate) or above
- Prior experience in ISP, telecom, FMCG, or field sales preferred
- Good communication skills (Nepali mandatory, basic English preferred)
- Must be comfortable with outdoor field work
- Ability to achieve monthly targets
- Smartphone user with basic app/CRM knowledge
- Two-wheeler with valid license (preferred)
