Job Description

We are seeking a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Officer to lead and execute digital marketing strategies that drive measurable growth. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Meta Ads, SEO, content planning, and team coordination, with a proven track record of delivering cost-effective campaigns and high-quality leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads campaigns, ensuring an average Cost Per Lead (CPL) of less than $0.05.
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and Google rankings.
  • Create and manage social media content plans aligned with brand and business goals.
  • Lead and coordinate the social media team and graphic designers to ensure timely and high-quality content delivery.
  • Prepare and share daily reports on ad spend vs. conversions, coordinating closely with the Sales team to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
  • Plan and execute event partnerships, branding initiatives, and promotional campaigns.
  • Manage and maintain all digital platforms and company profiles (website, social media channels, etc.).
  • Collaborate with content creators to produce creative videos and engaging digital content.
  • Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize strategies to achieve better ROI.
Job Specification
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in running Meta Ads and lead generation campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO and Google ranking strategies.
  • Experience in content planning and social media management.
  • Ability to manage and lead creative teams effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on results and performance metrics.
