Job Description

Position Overview

Classic Tech is seeking a proactive, target-driven Lead Dealer Sales Representative to oversee and manage dealer-level sales activities. This individual will be responsible for leading a team of dealer sales representatives, achieving sales targets, and building strong local market presence and public relations. The role demands high ownership, field presence, and an ability to drive performance in a fast-paced, competitive ISP market.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead & Supervise dealer sales representatives to ensure they meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

  • Coordinate with internal sales teams and support departments to resolve issues, share insights, and improve dealer satisfaction.

  • Drive Sales Performance by generating new leads, converting prospects, and expanding dealer networks.

  • Build & Maintain Public Relations at the local level to support brand visibility and customer engagement.

  • Market Analysis: Monitor local market trends and competitor activities to recommend improvements in strategies.

  • Reporting: Prepare and submit periodic sales reports, team performance summaries, and market feedback.

 

Job Specification
  •  
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in telecom, internet service, or FMCG sectors.

  • Skills:

    • Strong leadership and team coordination skills.

    • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Strong networking and PR capabilities within local markets.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
