Job Description
Classic Tech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and organized Branch Coordinator to oversee daily branch operations and support both the sales and service teams. The role involves coordinating branch activities, maintaining operational efficiency, and ensuring customers receive quality service. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor daily branch operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Support sales and technical teams in achieving branch targets and service standards.
- Maintain proper documentation and reports related to branch activities.
- Handle customer concerns and coordinate with relevant departments for quick resolution.
- Monitor branch inventory, equipment, and other operational resources.
- Assist in managing staff schedules and ensuring operational discipline at the branch.
- Prepare regular reports and updates for management regarding branch performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
