Job Description
Classic Tech is looking for a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist for Golfutar and Lalitpur branch who will be responsible for managing the reception area and ensuring a positive experience for customers and visitors. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries, administrative tasks, and front desk operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and customers in a courteous and professional manner and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding company products, services, and packages.
- Manage incoming phone calls, messages, and emails, and forward them to the relevant personnel.
- Assist customers with billing inquiries and maintain proper records of transactions.
- Handle cash collection and maintain accurate daily records when required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
- Maintain customer records and support administrative tasks when necessary.
Job Specification
- Minimum +2 or Bachelor’s degree (running or completed) in any discipline.
- Prior experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and office software.
- Ability to handle customers professionally and resolve queries effectively.
- Presentable personality with a positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
