Bluebird Overseas is seeking a detail-oriented and well-organized Documentation and Administrative Assistant to support our recruitment and documentation processes. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with document preparation, filing, and management.
  • Handle email correspondence and maintain accurate records.
  • Support recruitment operations with documentation and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams for smooth workflow.
  • Maintain confidentiality and data integrity at all times.
Job Specification
  • Minimum +2 level passed (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email (Gmail/Outlook).
  • Basic knowledge of Photoshop or photo editing tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Nepali.
  • Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Prior experience in recruitment or documentation is an added advantage.
