Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Officer/Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR operations, employee relations, and supporting overall organizational growth through effective human resource practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Oversee onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
  • Handle employee queries, grievances, and ensure positive employee relations.
  • Support performance management, training, and development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Assist in payroll preparation and attendance management.
  • Contribute to HR strategies and organizational culture development.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in a corporate HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related software.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
