Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Staffing

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

  • Manage the full-cycle hiring process including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.

Employee Relations

  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.

  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Performance Management

  • Design and oversee performance appraisal systems.

  • Support managers in setting goals and providing feedback.

Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and organize learning programs.

  • Promote career development and succession planning.

Compliance & Policy

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

  • Update and maintain HR policies and procedures.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and compensation structures.

  • Benchmark salaries and recommend adjustments to remain competitive.

HR Strategy

  • Align HR initiatives with organizational objectives.

  • Provide insights and reports to senior management on workforce trends.

  • Should have knowledge of Government policies

Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in HR management or similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
