Job Description

Asiatic Roads – Travel & Tourism is looking for an experienced and motivated professional to manage day-to-day travel operations, client communication, travel coordination, documentation, and business partner relationships. The role involves overseeing travel arrangements, handling client correspondence, coordinating with hotels, airlines and other service providers, supporting sales and business development, and ensuring smooth service delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, organizational, customer service, coordination, and leadership skills, along with practical knowledge of the travel and tourism industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate day-to-day operations of the travel and tourism business.
  • Handle client inquiries, requirements, complaints, and service-related issues professionally.
  • Coordinate travel bookings, tour packages, transportation, accommodation, reservations, and itineraries.
  • Prepare and manage quotations, travel packages, itineraries, confirmation letters, invoices, proposals, and other travel-related documents.
  • Handle correspondence with clients, hotels, airlines, travel partners, transport providers, and other stakeholders through phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, corporate customers, travel partners, hotels, airlines, and service providers.
  • Follow up with clients and business partners to ensure timely completion of bookings and travel arrangements.
  • Monitor bookings, payments, documentation, client information, and other operational records.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.
  • Lead and coordinate team members and provide support in daily operational activities.
  • Assist in developing travel packages based on client requirements and market demand.
  • Support sales, marketing, business development, and client acquisition activities.
  • Identify potential business opportunities and assist in building relationships with corporate and individual clients.
  • Handle customer requests and coordinate appropriate solutions for service-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of bookings, correspondence, payments, and travel documents.
  • Monitor service quality and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor operational performance, revenue, and expenses and provide regular updates to management.

Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, or a related industry is preferred.
  • Practical knowledge of travel operations, tour packages, bookings, reservations, and customer service.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong client-handling and customer service skills.
  • Good leadership, team management, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to prepare professional emails, quotations, itineraries, reports, and other business documents.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, email, WhatsApp, and basic computer applications.
