Job Description

Position: Regional Sales Manager
Location: Kathmandu

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual for the role of Regional Sales Manager. This is a full-time on-site position based in Kathmandu, Nepal. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee and manage sales operations across assigned regions. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, leading a sales team to achieve revenue targets, and preparing regular sales reports. The role requires collaboration with internal stakeholders and staying updated on market trends to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve company targets

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives and distributors

  • Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management

  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners

  • Ensure effective distribution and channel management

  • Coordinate with marketing and supply chain teams for campaign execution

  • Manage budgets and optimize sales expenses

  •  Report directly to the Sales Head / GM

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Masters Preferred)

  • 8–10 years of sales experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in FMCG / Trading sector (depending on Laxmi Group division

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Strategic thinking with execution capability

Two-wheeler with a valid license required
