Position: Tech Support Representative

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle inbound Customer Service phone calls.
Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues involving internet connectivity and more.
Monitor and mobilize the field team.
Prepare customer service summary reports, follow up and make scheduled callbacks to customer where necessary.
Might need to work at the help desk to handle customer issues and complaints.
Initiate required action for response to customer service requests and communicate the changes to appropriate personnel/branch/ departments.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Preferably Bachelor Degree in Management or 10+2
Basic knowledge of operating a computer is a must.
Fresher can apply
Male candidates should have a two wheeler license with his own bike.
