Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Lead (Java) based in Kathmandu. The Team Lead will oversee software development projects, provide leadership for a dynamic team of developers, and ensure the delivery of high-quality technical solutions. The responsibilities include designing and implementing applications, managing microservices architecture, and applying design patterns to business requirements. The Team Lead will also mentor team members and ensure that project goals are met on time and within scope.

Qualifications

Software Development expertise with a strong command over Java
Experience in Microservices architecture and Design Patterns
Proven skills in Team Leadership and managing technical teams
Strong problem-solving and project management abilities
Effective communication and mentoring skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Familiarity with the banking and financial sector is a plus
Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
