Position: IQOS Manager (Full-Time)
Company: Jagdamba Overseas Pvt. Ltd.
Location: IQOS Store, International Club, Sanepa, Kathmandu
(Includes regular field visits to LAMPs, HoReCa & activation venues nationwide)
About the Role:
Jagdamba Overseas Pvt. Ltd., the Liquor & Tobacco/Nicotine arm of Shanker Group, is looking for a dynamic and people-focused IQOS Manager to lead IQOS store operations, field activations and team performance across Nepal. This is a leadership role with strong exposure to premium retail, events and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead IQOS Store operations and ensure a premium consumer experience
Manage and coach IQOS Coaches, Field Coaches and Promoters
Drive trials, conversions, repeat usage and sell-out
Lead LAMP, HoReCa activations, events and brand promotions
Manage trade schemes, partner engagement and performance reporting
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s/MBA preferred)
3–6+ years’ experience in premium retail, hospitality, FMCG or related fields
Strong team leadership, communication and planning skills
Fluent in English & Nepali (Hindi preferred)
Flexible for fieldwork, events and weekend schedules
Remuneration:
NPR 50,000 – 60,000 per month (CTC) + performance-based incentives
Reporting To: Senior Leadership / Category Head – Tobacco & Nicotine
