Position: Data Engineer Officer Level (O/O1/O2)

Job Summary:

The Data Engineer will be the foundational pillar of our AI initiatives, responsible for designing, building and maintaining the scalable data pipelines and infrastructure required to fuel our machine learning models.

Key Responsibilities:

ETL/ELT Development: Design, construct and manage data pipelines (ETL/ELT) using technologies like Python, SQL and cloud services to ingest, transform and load high-volume, heterogeneous data.
Data Lake/Warehouse Management: Build and optimize our data lake and data warehouse infrastructure (e.g., Snowflake, AWS Redshift, Hadoop) for performance and reliability.
Data Governance: Ensure data quality, security and compliance standards are met throughout the data lifecycle.
Collaboration: Work closely with Data Scientists to prepare datasets for model training, validation and deployment.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
Proven experience in building and optimizing big data pipelines.
Expertise in SQL and Python (or Scala/Java).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and related data services.
Knowledge of workflow management tools (e.g., Apache Airflow)

Prerequisites for applying:

Minimum 2.5 CGPA or 2nd Division in Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Information System/Computer
Applications or any IT / quantitative related or equivalent degree from a recognized University.
Age not exceeding 40 years as of 26th March 2026.
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in supervisory role in Bank and Financial Institution / Fintech Companies or related field.
