Role Description

We are looking for Business Analyst Project Management Associate to assist in defining product requirements, managing documentation, and supporting the product development lifecycle. This role involves close collaboration with Senior Business Analyst, Project Manager, Stakeholders, development teams, and designers to ensure smooth execution of product initiatives. Knowledge of frontend development and prototyping tools will be considered a strong asset.

Key Responsibilities

Business Requirements & Documentation

  • Elicit, structure, and maintain Business Requirements (BRD), Product Requirements (PRD), and user stories with acceptance criteria.
  • Create process maps, use cases, data flow diagrams, and feature specs that are unambiguous for developers.
  • Maintain up-to-date release notes, feature briefs, and change logs.

Developer‑Friendly Translation

  • Convert business goals into technical-ready artifacts: field definitions, APIs at a high level (endpoints, payloads, validation rules), state diagrams, and edge cases.
  • Clarify non-functional requirements (performance, security, usability) in practical, testable terms.
  • Collaborate with team to de-risk ambiguity early (spikes, quick prototypes).

Backlog & Delivery Support

  • Support backlog grooming, prioritization (value vs. effort), and sprint planning.
  • Participate in QA support: review test cases against acceptance criteria; help validate outcomes in UAT.
  • Track progress via dashboards and ensure action items are documented and followed up.

Prototyping & Testing (Nice to have)

  • Create wireframes/prototypes (Figma/Adobe XD) to clarify flows and acceptance criteria.
  • Partner with QA/Dev on test scenarios and edge cases to ensure readiness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–2 years in product support, business analysis, or project coordination.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and the SDLC.
  • Working knowledge of Jira/Trello (or similar), Confluence/Docs for specs.
  • Knowledge of prototyping tools (Figma/Adobe XD) are assets.
  • Strong writing, structuring, and critical thinking skills.
