Job Summary:
The System Administrator will ensure the stability, security and high performance of all internal systems, with a specific focus on supporting the infrastructure required for our new AI projects and maintaining crucial system monitoring tools.
Key Responsibilities:
System Monitoring & Maintenance: Proactively monitor critical bank systems, network performance and AI-specific production environments to ensure 24/7 availability and troubleshoot complex issues.
Infrastructure Management: Administer, configure and maintain Linux/Windows servers, virtualization environments (VMware/Hyper-V) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
AI/ML Environment Support: Manage the compute resources (e.g., GPU clusters, specialized servers) and dependencies required for data scientists and engineers.
Security & Backups: Implement and maintain robust security protocols, access controls and disaster recovery/backup strategies.
Required Skills & Competencies:
3+ years of experience as a System Administrator or in a DevOps role.
Strong expertise in Linux and Windows Server administration.
Familiarity with network protocols, firewall management and virtualization.
Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios, ELK Stack) and scripting for automation (Bash/PowerShell).
Prerequisites for applying:
Minimum 2.5 CGPA or 2nd Division in Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Information System/ Computer
Engineering /Computer Applications or any IT related or equivalent degree from a recognized University.
Age not exceeding 40 years as of 26th March 2026.
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in supervisory role in Bank and Financial Institution / Fintech Companies or related field.
