Job Description
Document Verification and Student Visa Support
- Guide students regarding document requirements for admission and student visa applications.
- Verify academic, financial, and supporting documents before application submission.
- Ensure all required documents are complete, accurate, and submitted within deadlines.
- Prepare and maintain student application files and visa documentation.
- Coordinate with students to collect pending documents and provide timely follow-up.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all student records.
Country of Expertise
- Australia (Preferred).
- New Zealand (Preferred).
- Experience with any other study destination is a plus point.
- Experience in student visa documentation and visa lodgement is highly preferred.
Student Support
- Assist students in understanding admission requirements, language proficiency requirements, and application procedures.
- Provide basic guidance regarding study options and admission processes.
- Support Education Counsellors during student consultations whenever required.
- Assist students throughout the admission and visa application process.
Application Assistance
- Assist students with completing college and university applications.
- Ensure all required documents are submitted accurately.
- Review application forms, Statements of Purpose (SOPs), and supporting documents.
- Track application deadlines and update students on application progress.
- Coordinate with universities regarding application status and additional document requests.
Visa and Immigration Support
- Assist students in understanding the student visa process for Australia and New Zealand.
- Experience with other destinations is an advantage.
- Prepare visa application documents, financial documentation, and supporting evidence.
- Review documents to ensure compliance with immigration requirements.
- Prepare Statements of Purpose (SOPs) and related documentation.
- Assist with visa lodgement and application tracking.
- Stay updated with immigration policies, university requirements, and visa regulations.
Collaboration with Educational Institutions
- Coordinate with universities and institution representatives regarding applications and offers.
- Maintain professional relationships with education providers.
- Stay updated with admission requirements, intakes, and course information.
- Assist in organizing university information sessions, webinars, and promotional events whenever required.
Follow-Up and Support
- Provide timely follow-up with students throughout the admission and visa process.
- Respond to student and parent enquiries professionally.
- Coordinate with students regarding pending documents and application updates.
- Support students until completion of their admission and visa process.
Record Keeping and Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of applications, visa status, and student documentation.
- Update and maintain data in the CRM system.
- Track application progress and prepare reports when required.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of all student records.
Continuous Professional Development
- Stay updated with education industry trends, admission requirements, immigration policies, and visa regulations.
- Attend internal and external training sessions, webinars, and professional development programs.
- Continuously improve knowledge of Australia, New Zealand, and other study destinations.
Additional Responsibilities
- Follow up with leads and prospective students.
- Liaise with students, parents, and educational institutions.
- Be updated with information related to universities, courses, and immigration policies.
- Correspond with students and parents via email, phone, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Assist in marketing activities and educational events when required.
- Occasional field visits.
- Support the organization proactively for company growth.
- Other duties as assigned by the management.

Job Specification
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field (Completed).
- Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience in student visa documentation, admissions, visa processing, or education consultancy.
- Experience with Australia and/or New Zealand student visa processing is highly preferred.
