Key responsibilities include:
- Develop with line managers HR planning stategies which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements.
- Promote equity, equality, and diversity as part of the culture of the organization.
- Undertake regular salary reviews, and advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits.
- Analyze training needs in conjuction with line managers and result of staff performance review/ appraisal.
- Ensure and support the useful/ meaning staff performance review/ appraisal which promote organizational learning and improvement while increase competency of individual staff and team works.
- Dealing with grievances and implement disciplinary procedures.
- Develop and implement policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, and grievance handling and disciplinary procedures.
- Assist Country Director on human resources policies, programs, and practices.
