Qualification:

• A Bachelors degree in business, development or management is desirable.
• Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent research skills
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn and take initiative.
• Positive and flexible attitude
• Proactive problem prevention and issue resolution leadership ability
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Nepali and English

Job Description:

Program Manager (Sattya Inc) is responsible to oversee Sattya Inc's operations, to ensure a desirable atmosphere and comfortable working envronment, manage and assist team memebers, and to enable create teams/ freelancers to work to the best of their ability without too many distractions and distracting issues.

• Program management
• Marketing and Public relations
• Internal operations management
• Support in completing bank transaction
• Maintain Sattya Inc website and social media

Job Specification:

• Strong knowledge and experience in the area of visual communication.
• Entrepreneurial mind set, able to think strategically and creatively to build on a thriving program.
• Strong at negotiation with clients and freelancers.
• At least one/two years work experience in a similar position with experience in project planning, implementation and management. Demonstrated ability to strategize, implement and grow programs and activities.
